Fairdeal.Market, a B2B quick commerce platform supplying kirana stores, raised $15 million (about Rs 143 crore) in a Series A round led by Bertelsmann India Investments. WaterBridge Ventures returned as a cornerstone investor, and Incubate Fund also took part. Founded in 2022 by brothers Prateek and Yash Bansal, the company serves retailers across Delhi-NCR and plans to use the capital to grow its dark store network, invest in technology and data infrastructure, and expand last-mile delivery.
The same funding roundup noted early-stage raises by billing startup Flexprice, AI startup Quantum Tiger, footwear brand Yoho and electric mobility firm SunCharge Motors.
