The financing was led by Bertelsmann India Investments, with participation from WaterBridge Ventures and the Incubate Asia Fund. JSA acted as legal adviser to the B2B quick commerce company on the raise. FairDeal.Market, founded by Prateek Bansal and Yash Bansal, supplies retailers through a dark store network.
