FairDeal.Market, a B2B quick commerce platform, raised $15 million (about ₹142.8 crore) in a Series A round led by Bertelsmann India Investments. WaterBridge Ventures, an existing investor, joined the round alongside the Incubate Asia Fund. The company plans to use the capital to scale its platform for kirana retailers. It was founded by Prateek Bansal and Yash Bansal.
