PocketPills, an online pharmacy serving the Canadian market, raised $30 million in a Series B round led by Telus Ventures, with WaterBridge Ventures among the participants. The financing valued the Vancouver-based company at $150 million.

PocketPills, which counts WaterBridge among its backers, planned to use the money to broaden its product offerings and push further into new markets across Canada. The company was founded in 2018 and delivers prescriptions directly to consumers through its digital pharmacy model.
