BlueJack, an online used-vehicles marketplace run by Delhi-based Four Wheel Group (India) Pvt. Ltd, was set to raise about Rs 6.4 crore, close to $923,000, in a pre-Series A round led by WaterBridge Ventures. The financing brought the marketplace, founded by Wishal Rampal and Sahil Chaudhary, into the WaterBridge portfolio.
