It’s a challenging path they walk, and my core principles include an unwavering commitment to ‘founder empathy and respect’.

I keep reminding founders to sleep well & spend time with family. The entrepreneurial journey is a marathon than a sprint, often spanning a decade or more, as founders build sustainable enterprises and consistently raise the bar in serving their customers.
